Towards the end of last year we introduced a new blog series called ‘Tips in Ten’: ten slides in ten minutes that outline a mini topic to help you improve your business and/or website. All the topics and slides are taken directly from our own internal talks, designed to open up discussion and share different areas of expertise within our teams.

This time around, the presentation is about marketing personas. If you’ve never encountered them before, they’re fictional representations of your target customer/audience to keep in mind whilst you’re creating content, promoting your business, developing website pages, and much more. These slides explain how you can create and use marketing personas to improve your communication, meet customer expectations, and increase sales. Best of all, you can do this regardless of what kind of business you have or what size it is.
