How can I upgrade or downgrade my server?

If you would like to upgrade your VPS, please raise a support ticket through your account and provide the following information:

• The VPS you would like to upgrade
• The VPS package you would like to move to

Once received, your request will be reviewed and passed to our Sales team, who will assist you with the upgrade process.

Downgrading Your VPS

If you would like to downgrade your VPS service, there are two available options:

Option 1: Migrate to a New VPS

You can purchase a new VPS with the required specifications and manually migrate your data to the new server.
Once the migration has been completed and you have confirmed that everything is working correctly, please contact us and request cancellation of your existing VPS.

Option 2: Request a Downgrade Through Sales

Alternatively, you can raise a support ticket through your account requesting a VPS downgrade.Your request will be passed to our Sales team, who will review the available options and assist you with the downgrade process.

Please note: Downgrading a VPS may require data migration depending on the available upgrade paths and the differences between your current and requested VPS package.
