How do I change between credit card and direct debit or monthly and annual billing?

You can adjust the payment methods for your hosting and add-ons in the Heart Internet Customer Area.

  1. Log into the Heart Internet Customer Area
  2. Click ‘Contacts & Billing Details’
  3. Click ‘Manage Products’
  4. Change the payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit) or billing period (Monthly or Annually) as needed

Some add-ons can also be cancelled on this page. If you cannot cancel the add-on on this page, please raise a Support Ticket with our Customer Services Team for cancellation.
