You can adjust the payment methods for your hosting and add-ons in the Heart Internet Customer Area.
- Log into the Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Contacts & Billing Details’
- Click ‘Manage Products’
- Change the payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit) or billing period (Monthly or Annually) as needed
Some add-ons can also be cancelled on this page. If you cannot cancel the add-on on this page, please raise a Support Ticket with our Customer Services Team for cancellation.
