How do I automatically send invoices to multiple email addresses?

You can automatically send invoices to multiple email addresses whenever you purchase a new product.  This will automatically be sent to the account holder’s email address, but you can also specify additional contacts.

To send invoices to additional contacts:

  1. Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
  2. Click ‘Contact & Billing Details’
  3. Click ‘View Invoices’
  4. Tick the checkbox next to ‘Receive invoices by email’
  5. Add the additional email address you want to receive an invoice
  6. Click ‘Add’
  7. Repeat as necessary

When you purchase a new item from Heart Internet, those email addresses will also be sent the invoice.
