You can automatically send invoices to multiple email addresses whenever you purchase a new product. This will automatically be sent to the account holder’s email address, but you can also specify additional contacts.
To send invoices to additional contacts:
- Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Contact & Billing Details’
- Click ‘View Invoices’
- Tick the checkbox next to ‘Receive invoices by email’
- Add the additional email address you want to receive an invoice
- Click ‘Add’
- Repeat as necessary
When you purchase a new item from Heart Internet, those email addresses will also be sent the invoice.
