Can I renew my domain name at any time?

By default, domain names appear on the Renewals page 30 days before their renewal date. 

To help ensure uninterrupted service, the first automatic renewal payment is attempted 7 days before the domain's renewal date. This also provides time to notify you if the renewal payment is unsuccessful. 

Domains are automatically renewed for 2 years by default. However, you can change the renewal period to anywhere between 1 and 10 years, depending on your requirements. 

If you would like to renew your domain early, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Heart Internet account 
2. Navigate to Manage Domain Names 
3. Select the domain in question from the dropdown list under “Manage Domain Parking” or “Manage Web Hosting Domains”, and click Manage 
4. Click on “Renewal” 
5. Click “Add To Basket” 
6. Process the order to the checkout page and complete the order. 

If you would like to cancel an automatic domain renewal, follow the same steps above and click Change to Cancel instead.
