Why is my new domain name not working?

While your domain name is registered almost instantly, it can take between 24 and 48 hours for this change to be propagated across the Internet.

It is therefore possible for your registration to have been successful, but still have your domain appear on WHOIS or other domain checkers as being available.

If you domain is still not working after 48 hours, please raise a Support Ticket with our Customer Services team.
