Can I use an external registry to register domains and then use the Domain Control Panel?

If you have purchased a domain name from another registrar, you cannot use our Domain Control Panel as long as the domain is still at that registrar.

You will need to transfer your domain name fully into your Heart Internet account to use the Domain Control Panel.

If the domain cannot be transferred, you can still purchase and use one of our hosting packages to create your website and use the eXtend Control Panel, but you still will not be able to use the Domain Control Panel.
