Can you add support for something I would like to offer my clients but that you do not yet support?

We are always more than happy to consider feature requests.  Many of the features we now offer have their roots in customer suggestions.

Feature requests, as with any general feedback on our service, can be submitted via the Feedback Form in the Heart Internet Customer Area.

To leave feedback:

  1. Log into the Heart Internet Customer Area
  2. Click on the ‘Your Feedback’ link
  3. Enter in your responses to the questions
  4. Click ‘Send Feedback Now’
  5. Your message will be sent

We read all feedback sent to us, and take it into account as we develop our products, but we do not respond to all feedback directly.

All suggestions are considered, and if we do take your suggestion on board, we will let all our customers know via our regular newsletter.

It may also be that we do support the feature you are interested in, but not on the package that you are currently on.  If you send an email to [email protected] with your feature request, they may be able to find a new package that would work for you, or pass the feature request on to our developers.
