If you have an Exchange mailbox, you have the option to recover emails that you have removed from the ‘Deleted Items’ folder in your mailbox. To do this:
In Outlook:
- Select your mailbox
- Click on the ‘Folder’ tab at the top
- Click on ‘Recover Deleted Items’
- The emails will be recovered
In Outlook Web Access:
- Log into Outlook Web Access
- Right-click on ‘Deleted Items’
- Select ‘Recover Deleted Items’
- The emails will be recovered
