How do I recover deleted mail from my Exchange mailbox?

If you have an Exchange mailbox, you have the option to recover emails that you have removed from the ‘Deleted Items’ folder in your mailbox.  To do this:

In Outlook:

  1. Select your mailbox
  2. Click on the ‘Folder’ tab at the top
  3. Click on ‘Recover Deleted Items’
  4. The emails will be recovered

In Outlook Web Access:

  1. Log into Outlook Web Access
  2. Right-click on ‘Deleted Items’
  3. Select ‘Recover Deleted Items’
  4. The emails will be recovered
