How do I set up a mailbox on my server using Plesk?

It is assumed that you are using Plesk as a Service Provider.  If you are using Plesk as a Power User, switch to Service Provider:

  1. Go to the 'Server' tab
  2. Go to 'Interface Management'
  3. Go to 'Panel Appearance'
  4. Click 'Service Provider'
  5. Click 'OK'
  6. You will now be in Service Provider mode

To set up a mailbox, you will need to log in as the subscriber.  You can do this through your Service Provider account:

  1. Click 'Subscriptions'
  2. Click 'Open in Control Panel' for the subscription you want to create an email address for

Or you can log into the subscription from the main Plesk login page using the username and password for that customer.

To set up the mailbox:

  1. Go to 'Mail' tab
  2. Click 'Create Email Address'
  3. Enter in the name for the address
  4. Enter in the password
  5. Click 'OK'
  6. The email address has now been created
