Getting started with your Business Email account

Our Business Email hosting provides larger mailbox space backed by a modern webmail interface and state of the art spam filtering.

Setting up your Business Email account

  1. Go to https://customer.heartinternet.uk/
  2. Select Manage Add-Ons
  3. Select Business Email Mail Boxes
  4. Select Assign on the free quota you wish to use
  5. Choose a domain from the dropdown menu
  6. Enter you Name and Surname
  7. Enter the email username (this will be the start of your email: [email protected])
  8. Enter a strong password
  9. Select Assign

Once created, you can double click on the email address in the list and you will be taken to sign in page.

Customers who use Business Email can make use of our new Webmail interface, you can access this by going to: https://webmail.heartinternet.uk/login/

Setting up your Business Mailbox on your desktop or mobile device

You can set up your Business Mailbox on any mail client which supports IMAP/POP3 connections. We recommend you use IMAP to allow better continuity between devices. The details you need are as follows:

With SSL:
Hostname (IMAP/SMTP): Check your Reseller Control Centre or your welcome email for the assigned mail server. This should be something like: mail12.extendcp.co.uk
IMAP Port: 993 (SSL)
SMTP Port: 465 (SSL)
Username: [email protected]
Password: yourpassword

Without SSL:
Hostname (IMAP/SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port: 143
SMTP Port: 587
Username: [email protected]
Password: yourpassword
