Can you add this specific PHP or Perl module?

When you believe that a module isn’t available, there are two steps you need to take:

First, verify that the module you require isn’t installed. To see the list of available modules:

  1. Log into your eXtend Control Panel
  2. Click ‘Perl & PHP Module List’ under ‘Website Help & Diagnostics’
  3. Look through the list of Perl, PHP, and Pear modules to see if yours is there

If your module truly isn’t there, please raise a Support Ticket with the Customer Services team.  Be certain to provide as much detail as possible regarding the module.

It may not be possible to add certain modules if they have an adverse effect on other modules and software already in place.  If this is the case, the Customer Services team will inform you.
