Change my server name

Here's how to change the server name for your Generation 4 VPS or Dedicated Server.

1. Log in to your account. (Need help logging in?)
2. Under Manage Products select Manage Dedicated Servers, select the Dedicated Server you wish to use, and select Manage.
3. In the account Dashboard, at the top of the page select Settings.
4. In the Server section, next to Server name, click Change.
5. Enter a name for the server. The server name must be 1 to 50 characters long, and must include only letters, numbers, spaces, periods, or hyphens.
6. Click Save. The new server name appears in the Settings list.
