Find the username for my server

Here's how to find the username for your Dedicated Server. You need your username to connect to your server via SSH or RDC.

 Note: Connections via RDC to Dedicated Servers are not supported.

1. Log in to your account. (Need help logging in?)
2. Under Manage Products select Manage Dedicated Servers, select the Dedicated Server you wish to use, and select Manage.
3. In the account Dashboard, at the top of the page select Settings.
4. In the Access section, your username is beneath Login credentials.
