If you need to resend a Welcome Email to a customer, you can do so through the Reseller Control Centre.
To resend the email:
- Log into your Reseller Control Centre
- Click ‘Welcome Emails’
- Scroll to ‘Send Welcome Emails’
- Select the account from the drop-down menu
- Enter in your customer’s email address
- Click ‘Send Now’
- The customer will receive the email
This should not be used as a password reminder, as all the control panel passwords are encrypted and should be reset, not recovered.
If your customer has forgotten their password, direct them to reset the password from the eXtend Control Panel login page, or reset it for them through ‘Manage Hosting Accounts’
