How do I access the raw access or error logs?

You can download your server access log as a .zip file and then review the data locally on your computer.

To download the log:

1. Log into your eXtend Control Panel
2. Click on ‘Log File Download’
3. Click ‘Download log’
4. The zip file will now download to your computer
