All contact details on your account can be changed within the Contacts & Billing Details section.
- Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Contacts & Billing Details’
- Click ‘Add/Edit Contact Details’
- Click ‘Edit’ next to your existing details
- Edit as necessary
- Click ‘Update this contact’
- Your details will be updated
Remember, if you change your email address on the Default Contact, this will change your login name for the Heart Internet Customer Area as well as changing where we send emails to. Please make certain all your contact details are correct before updating the contact.
