How do I create a new account on my cPanel-running server?

Through the Web Host Manager (WHM), you can create a number of accounts, attaching them to hosting packages you have already created or creating bespoke packages for them.

To log into the WHM, go to your server within your browser by going to http://yourserver.com:2086 where ‘yourserver.com’ is the hostname of your server.

To create a hosting package:

1. Log into WHM
2. Click ‘Add a Package’
3. Set up exactly how you want this hosting package to be

To create a new account:

1. Log into WHM
2. Click ‘Accounts’
3. Click ‘Create a New Account’
4. Enter in the necessary information
5. Select the hosting package you wish to use, or create a bespoke one by selecting the options manually
6. Click ‘Create’
7. The account will be created

To access cPanel in the new account:

1. Go to http://yourserver.com:2082
2. Log in using the username and password you set when you created the account

You can also access the account through WHM under ‘List Accounts’.
