How do I get SSH access for my shared hosting account?

To enhance security on our servers, we have implemented a system for enabling SSH access on any shared hosting account. This includes our shared hosting packages as well as shared hosting packages you may sell as part of your Reseller Pro account.

For us to enable SSH access, you will need to contact Customer Services.

One you have contacted us, we will activate SSH access on your hosting account.  This may take up to 72 hours to be fully implemented.

Alternately, if you will regularly require SSH access to your or your customers’ hosting packages, consider upgrading to a VPS, Premium Hosting, or Dedicated Server package, which come with SSH access as standard.
