To remove your card details:
- Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Contact & Billing Details’
- Click ‘Billing Details’
- Scroll down to the card you wish to delete
- Click the ‘Delete Card’ link
- The card will be removed from your account
If you have only one set of payment details, either a card or a direct debit, you must contact our Customer Services team to remove them. Removing payment details does not constitute a cancellation of services, and you must raise a Support Ticket with the Customer Services team if you wish to cancel all your services.
If you remove your payment details without cancelling your services, they will continue to renew and you will be charged for them.
If you want to change the primary payment method on a product, use the ‘Manage Products’ link in ‘Contacts & Billing Details’ and change to the new payment method you wish to use.
