How do I uninstall the software I’ve installed using a one-click installer?

If you have installed software through your eXtend Control Panel, such as WordPress, Joomla!, or osCommerce, there is a simple process to delete both the software files and the database it may have created.

The first step is to delete the software files:

1. Log into your eXtend Control Panel
2. Click ‘File Manager’
3. Click the ‘public_html’ folder
4. Select the files or directories created by the software
5. Click the ‘Delete’ icon
6. The files and directories will now be deleted

If the software has also created a database, to delete the database:

1. Return to your eXtend Control Panel home page
2. Click ‘MySQL Databases’
3. Scroll down to ‘Manage MySQL Databases’
4. Check the box under the ‘Delete?’ column
5. Click ‘Modify’
6. Confirm the deletion
7. The database will now be deleted
