How do I unlock my site for my additional FTP accounts?

If you unlock the main FTP account, that will not unlock additional FTP accounts.  Additional accounts must be unlocked separately from the eXtend Control Panel’s ‘Additional FTP Accounts’ page.

To unlock an additional FTP account:

1. Log into your eXtend Control Panel
2. Click ‘Additional FTP Accounts’
3. Select the account you wish to unlock
4. Select the time you wish to have them unlocked for, or enter in the IP address you want the account to be permanently unlocked for
5. Click ‘Unlock by Time’ or ‘Unlock by IP’
6. The account will now be unlocked

Alternatively, you can log into the eXtend Control Panel using the login details for the FTP account you wish to unlock.  From there, you can unlock the FTP account by time or by IP address.
