If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can:
- Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Contacts & Billing Details’
- Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’
- Tick or untick the subscriptions you would like to (or not) receive
- Click ‘Update’
- Your preferences will be updated
Please keep in mind that even though you have unsubscribed from our newsletters, we will still email you if any important changes are occurring to your account.
We can also close your Heart Internet account if you wish.
- Remove or cancel all products attached to the account
- In the Customer Area, navigate to Manage Contact and Billing > View Personal Data
- In the section 'Can I delete my data from your system?' click 'Delete'
- Your account will be closed in line with our privacy policy
If the 'Delete' button is not appearing, this likely means there are still products in your account. Please contact support if you are sure the account is clear but the 'Delete' button still fails to appear.
