I’ve set up Web Forwarding for a domain but it doesn’t seem to work?

If your domain name is not forwarding as it should be, it may have kept its old DNS settings, and is therefore not pointing at the server that enables Web Forwarding.

To fix this problem:

1. Log into your Domain Control Panel for the domain name
2. Click ‘DNS Management’
3. Check to see if the A Records for the domain are pointing at 79.170.40.4
4. If not:
   1. Click ‘Reset DNS’
   2. The DNS will reset to the correct setting
5. If it is, and you have set up forwarding within the past 24 hours, please wait for the DNS changes to propagate across the Internet
