If I’ve changed the nameservers for my domain, why does it still appear on my list of domains?

The nameservers do not determine where a domain is registered, only that the DNS is managed on those servers.  You can change the nameservers repeatedly over the course of a domain’s lifespan, but still keep it with the same registrar. Therefore, you can still manage the domain name here at Heart Internet, even if you are hosting the website elsewhere.

If you want to change where a domain name is registered, you must complete a domain name transfer.

Your new registrar should have information on how to transfer a domain name to their site.
