Once purchased, your domain mapping can be removed or changed.
- Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Manage Add-Ons’
- Click ‘Domain Mapping’
- Remove or edit the mapping you wish to change
Please note that removing or editing a mapping will also remove any mailboxes associated with that mapped domain.
To cancel a mapping, please raise a Support Ticket with the Customer Services team and request the cancellation.
If you are a Reseller, you can remove or edit a domain mapping through your Reseller Control Centre.
- Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
- Click ‘Reseller Control Centre’
- Click ‘Domain Mappings’
- Edit as necessary
- Click ‘Update Mappings’
