Update a theme in WordPress

You can update a theme to its latest version from within WordPress. Regularly updating your themes also helps to keep your WordPress site working properly.

Note: Before updating your theme, create a backup of your website.

1. Log in to WordPress
2. From the Dashboard menu, click Updates.
3. Select the checkbox for any theme you want to update.
4. Click Update Themes.
