When I use the Domain Robot, which extensions can I purchase and how do I pay for them?

The Domain Robot uses Domain Credits, which you can purchase through your Heart Internet Customer Area.  Domain Credits can only be used for .co.uk, .me.uk, .org.uk, .com, .net, .org, .eu and .info domain names.

Domain Credits are available in the following formats:

• Nominet  Domain Credits – Purchases or renews .co.uk, .me.uk, and .org.uk domains for one year
• .com Domain Credits – Purchases or renews .com, .net, .org, .eu and .info domains for one year
• .com Transfer-In Credits – Lets you transfer in and renew .com, .net, .org, .eu and .info domains for one year

For each domain name you purchase through the Domain Robot, you will need to have the appropriate credits.  For example, if you were buying a .com domain name for five years with domain privacy attached, you would need five .com Domain Credits and five Domain Privacy Credits.

Domain Credits must be paid for in advance, and can only be purchased using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.  You will receive a sales receipt when you purchase the Domain Credits, but not when you use the credits.
