It is likely that you are seeing a cached version of your page. When a browser visits a website, it saves a version onto your computer, so that when you visit the website again, it loads faster.
To fix this, press the Shift key as you click the Refresh icon. This should clear the cache and load the new version of your site.
You can also clear your cache in your browser. You can find your cache in your browser’s settings.
If you are on a Windows package, you should also recycle the Application Pool. To do this:
- Log into your eXtend Control Panel
- Click ‘Manage IIS Application Pools’
- Click ‘Recycle Application Pool’
This will flush any existing cache issues you might have.
