Why is a blank white page showing on hosting accounts instead of my customised holding page?

When you create a new hosting account, your customised holding page should load automatically, giving you a page to view when you visit that account.

Occasionally instead of your customised holding page, you will see a blank white page.  This is when the server is experiencing a high load.

This is a minor problem that usually quickly resolves itself. If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, please raise a Support Ticket with the Customer Services team.
