PayPal transactions may show as pending causing a Subscription to not be activated since a payment has not fully processed. This may be a result of your store using a currency that is not a default currency used by the PayPal Sandbox.
Required: WooCommerce Subscriptions is a premium WooCommerce extension included with WordPress Ecommerce Hosting or as a standalone purchase.
To accept payment using a non-default currency:
- Log in to your PayPal Sandbox account with your sandbox username and password.
- Click Accept.
- Choose “Accept this payment and create a balance in this currency.”
- Submit.
